3. Client Responsibilities for Tutoring

As a client engaging in our professional tutoring services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking of tutoring sessions
• Attend scheduled tutoring sessions on time or provide appropriate notice of cancellation
• Maintain a respectful environment during personalized instruction sessions
• Pay all fees for tutoring services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
• Supervise minors during online tutoring sessions (for parents/guardians)
• Complete any assigned learning or practice materials to build understanding

4. Payment Terms for Tutoring Services

Pricing: All professional tutoring services are priced as stated on our website or as agreed upon in writing on an hourly basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout for tutoring fees.

(Hourly) Late Payments: Accounts with overdue balances for tutoring sessions may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations for Tutoring

Tutoring session scheduling and cancellation policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Clients are responsible for managing their schedules and providing timely notice of any changes to tutoring appointments.

6. Intellectual Property in Tutoring Materials

All materials, content, and resources provided by SBA Tutors as part of our professional tutoring services, including personalized instruction plans, practice materials for mastering concepts, and proprietary teaching methods, are the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without express written permission.

7. Confidentiality in Tutoring

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and learning progress from our tutoring sessions. Information will only be shared with parents/guardians or as required by law. Students and families are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our teaching methods and materials used in personalized instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability for Tutoring Services

While we strive for excellence in our professional tutoring services:

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or scores on assessments from tutoring
• Results depend on student effort, attendance, and other factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for admission decisions by educational institutions
• Our liability for tutoring services is limited to the amount paid for services rendered

9. Code of Conduct for Tutoring Sessions

All clients utilizing our professional tutoring services must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior during tutoring sessions
• No academic dishonesty or circumvention of learning processes
• No recording of tutoring sessions without prior consent
• Violation may result in immediate termination of tutoring services

10. Termination of Tutoring Services

Either party may terminate the professional tutoring relationship at any time. The Company reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment for tutoring, or inappropriate conduct. Refunds for prepaid tutoring services will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution for Tutoring Services

Any disputes arising from these terms regarding our professional tutoring services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where our principal office is located.
